I received communication from my Heavenly Father during the sacrament meeting and later that night in prayer. He emphasized the importance to now try this more fully and practice the Complete Healing procedure. He said this applies to all healing angels as well.

I believe you should not take my word only on this, but confirm this all with your Heavenly Father in prayer.

A. R's Personal Journal Entry 8-3-2015, Sunday

1. I had a good experience yesterday at church. We went to a sacrament meeting right in a chapel right next to the Payson Utah Temple. During the sacrament portion of the meeting, Heavenly Father and Jesus both came in front of me where I was sitting, in the air elevated (I could perceive them clearly but did not see them with my physical eyes). Jesus was on the right side of the Father. They stood until I had partaken of the bread.

After I partook, Heavenly Father then spoke to my mind. He accepted my covenant which I had just made. He then reviewed what both he and Jesus had given me by revelation this week in coming to me during my prayers and meditation. He said it was his intention to share with me all about Complete Healing. He reviewed some basic issues of this procedure that I had written in my journal, and shared online.

2. He now wanted me to practice this Complete Healing procedure. He cautioned me not to overextend. He said that he would let me know, if I prayed to him, when I thought about doing a Complete Healing session for a client, if that effort would overextend me. He said, however, that I should press forward in learning this, even though I help awaken 5-6 new healing angels per day which alone can be very demanding. He conveyed to me that I would also be able to be strengthened, so I would do more Complete Healing sessions without headaches or much fatigue. He emphasized again that he would directly strengthen me.

3. He asked me to tell the other healing angels also to try and venture forth in practicing Complete Healing. He said he would guide them and be with them too. I believe as they come to him in humble prayer, he will confirm all this to their souls that now is the time to learn and practice this great blessing of Complete Healing.

4. My impression at this time is that each of us need to extend ourselves beyond our comfort zones, and start practicing Complete Healing. I believe we will be successful in doing Complete Healings. It may sound intimidating, and a very large directive. However, in a short time there will be many needing our help, and our time will be consumed, I think, in serving and blessing others in this way. It will be best to be ready and well-practiced before that happens.

I feel this is his will. Heavenly Father is very gentle, kind and blesses us if we fail or fall so that we will soon succeed. However, if we don't venture forth and try, we will miss our opportunity and I believe disappoint our Heavenly Father.

5. At that moment, the priesthood blessed and passed the water. Heavenly Father remained standing next to Jesus until I had partaken of the water. Then they both returned to a position further away from me.

At that time I wrote all this down immediately. I also wrote for myself the following reminder: 'TO DO: push the Complete Healing envelope for myself; pray about each one to help heal. I then wrote a page full of people I could do Complete Healing for. I will use this list to select one or more each day, in prayer, to practice on, if all is well with having their permission and with God.

6. . . . Later that night: in prayer in my bedroom, Heavenly Father came to my left, next to my bed. He put his hands on my shoulders it seemed, and said again to my mind that I should try to do Complete Healing–and that he would give me success. I felt buoyed up in my communion with him tonight, and my desire to be committed to really learn Complete Healing."
